I tubi flessibili in gomma sono utilizzati per collegare, tra l&#8217;altro:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I riduttori con le fascette di iniezione (tubi del gas);<\/li>\n<li>Gli iniettori di GPL con gli ugelli nei collettori di aspirazione (tubi del gas);<\/li>\n<li>Il sistema di raffreddamento del veicolo con il vaporizzatore (tubi dell&#8217;acqua);<\/li>\n<li>Il collettore di aspirazione con il riduttore (tubi del vuoto);<\/li>\n<li>Il sensore di pressione e temperatura del gas con le fascette di iniezione del GPL.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per questo motivo \u00e8 importante assicurarsi della loro corretta selezione e della loro temporanea sostituzione.<\/p>\n<h2>Omologazione di tubi in gomma GPL\/CNG<\/h2>\n<p>I tubi per il gas utilizzati negli impianti GPL devono essere sottoposti a una complessa procedura di omologazione in conformit\u00e0 al Regolamento 67 dell&#8217;UNECE (Commissione Economica per l&#8217;Europa delle Nazioni Unite). Questo documento definisce le condizioni di lavoro specifiche che devono soddisfare, ad esempio pressione e temperatura (max. 0,45 MPa a -25\u00b0C &#8211; 125\u00b0C), materiale di rinforzo (tessile, plastico o metallico), materiali di produzione resistenti alla corrosione e agli idrocarburi, capacit\u00e0 di allungamento totale minima. Nella costruzione dei tubi flessibili utilizzati nei sistemi di alimentazione (compreso il GPL), si utilizzano le gomme butadiene-acrilonitrile-butadiene (NBR) e il polietilene clorosolfonato (CSM), che presentano un&#8217;eccellente resistenza agli idrocarburi.<\/p>\n<h2>Installazione di tubi del gas<\/h2>\n<p>I tubi in gomma utilizzati per i collegamenti tra il riduttore e la striscia di iniezione e gli iniettori GPL nei collettori di aspirazione devono essere tubi con rinforzo interno a treccia. Va ricordato che il diametro dei tubi di gomma senza rinforzo cambia sotto l&#8217;influenza della temperatura. Se il gas viene fornito al motore con tubi che non soddisfano questo requisito, si otterranno dosi di gas diverse a seconda delle condizioni di funzionamento del motore. Il regolatore del GPL non ha praticamente alcuna possibilit\u00e0 di correggere la dose di gas errata e variabile con delle correzioni. Uno degli errori di installazione pi\u00f9 comuni \u00e8 l&#8217;errato diametro dei tubi.<\/p>\n<div class=\"product-slider\" style=\"--swiper-theme-color: #d80812;--swiper-navigation-size: dovrebbero avere un diametro interno di 4, 5 o 6 mm e una lunghezza massima di 30 cm. \u00c8 ovvio che il flusso laminare del gas \u00e8 garantito dal diametro del tubo corrispondente. Se scegliamo gli iniettori giusti per il motore e utilizziamo un diametro del filo sbagliato, si verificher\u00e0 un effetto &#8220;collo di bottiglia&#8221; che limiter\u00e0 il flusso di gas all&#8217;elettrovalvola dell&#8217;iniettore e quindi al cilindro del motore. Il risultato principale \u00e8 che il motore funziona con una miscela scadente, che in casi estremi pu\u00f2 portare alla bruciatura delle sedi delle valvole del motore. Un altro effetto di un diametro del tubo del GPL scelto male \u00e8 la sensazione di mancanza di potenza dopo il passaggio al GPL.<\/p>\n<h2>Altri tubi in gomma<\/h2>\n<p>I cosiddetti tubi di gomma degli impianti GPL possono essere utilizzati per alimentare il sensore della mappa del gas con una pressione negativa. Questo pu\u00f2 portare a una perdita nell&#8217;impianto. Ecco perch\u00e9 \u00e8 cos\u00ec importante un&#8217;ispezione annuale dettagliata del veicolo e dell&#8217;impianto GPL.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 inoltre importante tenere presente che i tubi in gomma per GPL non possono essere al 100% &#8220;a prova di perdite&#8221;. La struttura della gomma deve garantire flussi minimi di frazioni di gas dovuti all&#8217;aumento della pressione, invisibili agli odori umani e ai sensori di gas.
